Alex Rice (he/him)

Alex has lived and worked all over the United States as well as overseas. He moved to Oregon from Louisiana with his wife in 2020 and spent 4 years working in Grant County before moving to the Willamette Valley. Alex has worked in a variety of ecosystems from the swamps of the Mississippi River to the Great Lakes and Rocky Mountains. Alex holds a BS in Natural Resources Management from Colorado State University as well as an MS in Forestry from Michigan Technological University. In his spare time he likes to read, get outside, and spend time with his wife, young daughter, and dogs.
